We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn hats with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, items must be in their original condition and free from any signs of wear or makeup stains.
How will my hat be packaged for shipping?
We use custom-designed, crush-resistant boxes to ensure your hat maintains its shape and structure during transit. Every order is packed with protective tissue to prevent scuffing.
Can I reshape my hat if it gets crushed?
Most of our felt and straw hats can be reshaped using light steam from a kettle or professional steamer. However, we recommend checking the specific care instructions on the product label first.
